At the end of May, with spring in the air, come down to the Ship Inn on Duckworth St in sunny funny Newfoundland for a full night of modern folk, country, and creativity.

We have The Dandelion Few (with a supporting band) who recently released ‘Ovv Vrese & Suond’, an album that talks about the courage you’ve had after a few pints or the polyester clothes cool kids wear around in any downtown. [https://www.thedandelionfew.com/music]

We have Midnight Watch - who you might know from being on the top of Fred’s best selling albums list with their album ‘Ghost Hours’. The next MUN SongwriterS Circle at The Battery Cafe in old St. John’s will take place at 7pm on Thursday, May 1st and will feature Claire Porter and Avalon Stanley (aka Darryl Hopkins). This will be the last SongwriterS Circle that I’ll be hosting, but the aim is to keep the event up and running with alternate hosts who select their own line up. Stayed tuned. And see you on May 1st.
